Environmental Health Experts Get Training on Capacity Building

“Experts on environmental health are to converge in Ibadan, Oyo State to train Environmental Health Officers across the South-West Zone on health, safety and the environment. 
The training is expected to expose Environmental Health Officers to health practices as well as the ethics of the profession.”
 
The Registrar of the Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON), Augustine Ebisike said the training is to enable the professionals earn credit points which would afford them the opportunity to obtain licences for practice.
 
He informed that the training is expected to last for five days, commencing from Monday March 17, 2014 and would end on Friday March 21, 2014.
He also enjoined those who have not participated in the previous training exercises to utilize the opportunity by attending, stressing that attendance is mandatory.
