When a man is ready to work in a public office, he should be given the necessary cooperation and tools to do the job excellently.
There have been several complains from Medical Laboratory practitioners who paid for their Annual Practicing Licenses and Regulation without receiving the same.
To this end, a statement issued by the TA of the Registrar of Council, Mr Akinwale Akinkabi has directed all Practitioners who paid for Annual Practicing Licence and Registration from 2015 to date but did not receive same to write to the Ag. Registrar/CEO stating so with the following information: 1. Name as it appears on the previous licence
2. Registration number (i.e RA, RF, MLT, MLA number)
3. Evidence of payment
4. Postal Address
5. Active e-mail address
6. Phone number
It added that mails be addressed to the Ag.Registrar/CEO and forwarded via [email protected].
The present Management of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria under the "people centered" leadership of Mr. Tosan Erhabor has decided to correct the errors and put an end to this malignancy.
This is indeed commendable, and the Tosan Erhaboh led Management team is urged to improve on the turn around time of processing the Annual Practising Licenses in line with international accepted standards.
I sincerly urge everyone affected to maximise this opportunity by writing to the Ag. Registrar/CEO who has opened his office to everyone with this complaints.
