Advert for Expression of Interest Manager to Healthcare Facilities in Nigeria

A 30-bed facility providing Specialist Tertiary Services (including surgery, cardiology and nephrology including dialysis) in the heart of the commercial capital of Nigeria seeks applications from reputable firms interested in providing all aspects of Hospital Management services including clinics, pharmacy, diagnostics, and hospital services and managing all systems optimally as an efficient integrated unit on a shared risk basis. 

The applying organizations should have extensive experience in delivering services for advanced hospital management. The service provider will be expected to show demonstrable capability as follows: 

• Ability to provide anything from total integrated hospital management to designated business units of the facility. 

• Experience with the re-commissioning of totally new hospitals or clinics, providing expert assistance with planning, financing, equipment, building and commissioning of the facility. 

• Track record of ongoing hospital management ability illustrating major turnarounds in terms of profitability and service quality. 

• Power management 

• Facility management services

• Financial Management

• HR sourcing &Administrative Management 

The Service provider will be expected to invest and share risk with the sponsors, in a facility that is unique in terms of its 'state of the art' equipment and location in Lagos. 

The facility does have a significant snag list and challenges with the provision of clean and steady power. The operator sought must have the appetite to invest in expertise and resources to put the equipment in working order and maintain the same. 

Potential operators will have until July 1,2016 to submit their responses. 

In order to be invited for the RFP meeting, an EOI letter and a refundable fee of N350,000.00 (Nigerian Naira) shall be paid. This fee will be refunded minus 15% (administrative fee) in the event that the applicant does not win the bid.
