FECOT 2ND CONVOCATION CEREMONY FOR THE AWARD OF NATIONAL 

DIPLOMA (ND) IN PROSTHETIC & ORTHOTICS TECHNOLOGY

 

NOTICE TO GRADUANDS

This is to bring to the notice of the graduating students of Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 sets that Convocation for the award of National Diploma comes up as scheduled below:

DATE: TUESDAY, 4th NOVEMBER 2014.

VENUE: FECOT LECTURE THEATRE.

TIME: 10:00AM

 

PAYMENT:

1. Each graduating student is expected to pay a non-refundable fee of N2, 500 for a complete academic gown.

2. Graduands are to return academic gowns in good condition on Wednesday, 5th November, 2014.

 

Failure to return on this day and in good condition attracts the following sanctions:

• N1, 000/outfit/per day if returned after the stipulated day.

• N5, 000 for damaging, soiling or defacing the outfit or any part thereof.

• N10, 000 for the outright loss of the outfit or any part thereof.

 

DIRECTIVES FOR PAYMENT:

a. Graduating students are to pay for gown and scroll to the Hospital ACCESS BANK account No. 0024596112 and collect a copy of the teller.

b. The teller should be submitted at the college registry to obtain outfit.

c. Return Academic outfit (after use) to the College Registry and obtain a clearance slip

 

INVITATION CARDS FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS:

Each graduating student is entitled to two invitation cards and these are to be collected from Monday, 27th October, 2014 at the College Registry.
