2. Registration fee - 3, 000
3. Caution fee - 5, 000
4. Examination fee - 15, 000
5. Prosthetics/Orthotics Practical
Materials fee - 47, 000
6. I.D card - 1, 000
7. Medical Examination fee - 3, 000
8. Matriculation fee - 1, 500
9. Confirmation of O’ level Result fee - 4, 000
Total N80, 500
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
1. Admission letter printed from JAMB website
2. Original O’ level WAEC/NECO Certificate /printout (for sighting)
3. Photocopies of (2) above
4. Letter of undertaking from the candidate to abide by the rules and regulations of the College as may be reviewed from time to time.
5. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
6. 2 Letters of reference from a clergy/ senior civil servant/ lawyer or somebody of equal Standing
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
1. Ensure that you are screened and cleared before paying the balance of the stipulated fees. The College reserves the right to direct any candidate to withdraw from the programme at any stage if it is discovered that he/she does not possess the requirements for admission into the programme.
2. After clearance, obtain a teller from the designated point and pay the balance of the fees into the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Lagos Access Bank Account No: 0024596112. Indicate “FECOT School Fees” on the teller.
3. Take the teller to the Revenue Unit, Accounts Departments, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos and collect your receipt.
3. Submit a copy of the receipt at the FECOT Registry and obtain your course registration forms, students ID card form and Student Handbook. Fill and return all forms to the College Registry accordingly.
