Department of general Laboratory Studies (GLS)
Fellow of Medical Laboratory Science
Council of Nigeria (FMLSCN) - Minimum of three (3) years
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Three (3) years
Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) - Two (2) years
Department of Environmental Health Technology
ND/HND Environment Health Technology (NDEH) Four (4) years
Environmental Health Technician (EHT) Three (3) years
Environment Health Assistant (EHT) Two (2) years
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
SPECIAL FELLOW
Holders of Associate Certificate of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSN) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Certificate plus a current practicing license.

MLT Minimum entry requirement for admission four (4) O/L credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology plus at least a pass in Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO and NABTEB within a space offive (5) years.
MLA
Minimum entry requirement for admission Three (3) O/L credit passes in English Language, Chemistry and Biology plus at least a pass in Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB within a space offive (5) years.
NDEH
Minimum entry requirement for admission Five (5) Credits level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than Two (2) sitting. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Mathematics (Compulsory), others to make up 5 credits could be either Geography, Food and nurtrition, Technical Drawing, Economics, Commerce and Physics.
EHT
Minimum entry requirement for admission Four (4) Credits level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than Two (2) sitting. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Mathematics (Compulsory), others could be any of these at credit or pass levels. Geography, Economics, Commerce, Food and Nurtrition, Technical Drawing, Agricultural Science.
EHA
Minimum entry requirement for admission Passes level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than Two (2) sitting. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Mathematics (Compulsory), others could be any of these at credit or pass levels. Geography, Economics, Commerce, Food and Nurtrition, Technical Drawing, Agricultural Science.
GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION
1. Prospective candidates are to visit the College Student zPortal website (portal.fcvmlt.edu.ng). Click on the application for full information on the application process
2. Sale of online application forms commences on Monday 30th May, 2016 and ends on Sunday 10th July, 2016
3. Candidates are advised to read carefully registration instructions and the requirements for admission to confirm eligibility
4. Every applicant is required to upload all certificates listed in the application form
5. Candidates will be required to print examination slip atthe end of registration
NB: The examination slip admits candidates into the examination hall.
MODE OF PAYMENT
A non-refundable application fee of N10,500.00 for FMLSCN, N4,500.00 for MLT and N3,500.00 for MLA and EHA and N5,000.00 ND/HND payable to the Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology, Vom through the REMITA platform after a successful generation of RRR Number from the college Students Portal.
SCREENING EXERCISE
All candidates for MLT, MLA, EHT, EHA and ND/HND courses are to note that entrance examination shall be conducted on Saturday 30th July, 2016. Any candidate that fails to appear for the entrance examination stands disqualified automatically.
