Entry Requirements
GCE/NECO/SSCE with credit in five (5) subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings within a space of 5 years prior to enrolment
Course Duration:
Three (3) years

Application forms are obtained from the Accounts Department of the school upon payment of non-refundable fee of N6,000.00 to Union Bank of Nigeria Plc Account Number 0019570698 in favour of Federal School of Medical Laboratory Technology, Jos
