Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above named school for the training programme leading to the award of professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy for the 2015/2016 academic session.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Prospective candidates must possess a minimum entry qualification of Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with five (5) Credit passes as follows:
1. English Language
2. Mathematics
3. Physics
4. Chemistry
5. Biology
At not more than two (2) sittings.
CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION:
1. Selection of candidates will be based on entrance examination and oral interview
2. Selected candidates will be required to pass medical examination.
