Federal School of Social Work Emene, Enugu 2014/2015 Admission

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Two-Year Diploma in Social Development at the Federal School of Social Work, Emene, Enugu for the Year 2014/2015 Session.
 
Minimum Entry Requirements:
The General Academic Entry requirements for the National Diploma Programme in Social Development are at least a Pass in Mathematics and Four Credit Passes which must include English Language and three other subjects at the Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE), GCE (O/L) or equivalent. The three subjects should be chosen from the following list:
Accounts
Christian Religious Knowledge/Islamic Religious Knowledge
Economics/Commerce
Geography
Government/History
Mathematics
Social Studies
Agricultural Science
Health Science/ Biology
Home Economics/ Home Management
 
Candidates who have at least four passes which must include Mathematics,
English Language and Two other subjects from the list above obtained at the SSCE or GCE (O/L) or equivalent and Successfully complete NBTE recognized pre-ND Programme may also qualify for admission into the ND Programme in Social Development.
Closing Date For Purchase Of Application Form: 31st September, 2014

Offices of the Director of Social Welfare, federal ministry of women affairs and social development 
Abuja on payment of an Application Fee of Two Thousand Naira onIy (N2,000). 
The application fee must be paid in draft made payable to the provost, federal school of social work, emene enugu. Applications forms will be on sale at the above points between july and september 20, 2014
 
Closing Date For Submission Of Completed Application Form:
All duly completed Application Forms must be accompanied with photocopies of credentials and should reach the Provost on or before 31st September, 2014.
 
Shortlisted Applicants will be invited to pre-selection interview to be held on a date in October 2014.
