The Federal University Otuoke Bayelsa State, one of the twelve new Federal University in Nigeria, hereby invites applications from suitable qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position.
Position: Director of Health Services
Location: Otuoke, Bayelsa State
Qualifications:
Candidates for the post must:
i. Posses MB.BS with fifteen (15) years of post-registration experience;
ii. Specialist/fellow consultant with eight years post qualification experience;
iii. not be more than sixty (60) years on assumption of duty; and
iv. Be computer literate.
2. Candidate:
* The Candidate should be abreast with current developments in tropical medicine and the management of health problems of young adults.
* The candidate should be aware of the workings of NHIS.
3. Salary and Conditions of Service: The salary and conditions of service of the University Director of Medical Services shall be as obtainable in Federal Universities and as determined from time to time by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
