The 2nd East African Regional Conference under the leadership of FAMSA and is a great opportunity to reach out to as many medical students and health professionals as possible to make a positive impact on the health situation in East Africa, Africa and world at large.

We believe that the activities we have planned for will go a long way towards equipping us to effectively tackle the Reproductive Health problems currently facing us. In assessing the progress we have made towards MDG 5 we aim to set new goals and targets for our respective institutions and countries.

This will also help us as a forum of medical students, to further our aim of improving the health situation in East Africa by knowing what is necessary for the promotion and provision of quality and equitable health care in East Africa.

The conference aims to attract the participation of all undergraduate, post graduate medical students and intern doctors, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals and Health sector partners worldwide as well as other professions.
