Job Title: Head, Medical Services
Location: Lagos
Job Description
You will handle the Providers Mgt, Claims, Case management & Quality assurance.
Co-ordinate the call center and all clients retention initiatives of the company.
Lead Medical services & Database to support Clients services to achieve set goals.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A first Degree in Science, Social Sciences, Actuarial Science, Law, Medicine, or Arts with relevant professional qualifications from a reputable University (Second Class lower).
Computer literate Integrity Analytical presentation & problem solving skills.
3-5 years' qualitative experience in a thriving HMO.
