Position: Hospital Administrator/Manager
Location: Lagos
Jab Description:
• Assume the overall administrative responsibility or the management and directon of the operamnat, personnel and financial activities of the hospital.
• Use growth oriented stategies to transform and increase market presence of hospital,
• Be tasked with the assessment and management of the staffing of patient flows for all points .of service.
• Create standardised marketing practice procedures, unique advertising/promotion/PR plans to achieve organizational goals and otifectives.
• Market and promote the hospital services to HMOs. govemrnehtai agencies, corporation and the public.
• Devise plans to deliver appropriate services to hospital clients; create and maintain the organization's brand, and develop brand strategies and interface with outside agencies.
• Supervise, evaluate and schedule work activities of medical doctors, clinical specialists. consultants, nursing, technical, clerical and service personnel.
• Oversee hospital fiscal operations: billings, credit control, amounting. budgets planning, monitoring expenditures. establishing tariff for services. and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and weakly hospital operations reports directly to the board and managers of parent organization.
Required Education Training: • Applicants with Degrees in Nursing and Management/ Business administration are preferred.
• Masters degree holders in other health related fields with additional certifications in financial modeling/rnanagement/marketing may apply.
Required Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible hospital management experience.
• Most have demonstrated experience in utilizing data to analyze and implemerrt complex and demanding organizational goals to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and perform process improvement changes in staffing and workflows,
• Knowledge of hospital and physician praclice areas, including insurance. patient access, admissions, financial management, regulatory and daily operations.
• Ability to deal effectively with the public.
• Excellent oral/written Communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify organizational opportunities and implement owational solutions.
Salary: N1,500,000.00 — N2,000,000.00 per annum.
