INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE EXECUTION OF ITS 2014 CAPITAL PROJECT

Introduction

The federal Neuro-psychlatric Hospital, Barnawa, Kaduna hereby invites interested and reputable contractors, companies/firms 

with relevant experience and good track records to pre-qualify for the following projects:- 

LOT I: Procurement of vehicles 

LOT II: Construction work 

LOT III: Procurement! Installation of Hospital Information Technology 

LOT IV: Procurementl Installation of Automated Incinerator 

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders are to provide the following as minimum pr-qualification requirement for the projects: 

i.Name and address, E-mail address, Telephone and Fax numbers of their company; 

ii. Evidence of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); 

iii. Evidence of current tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2011,2012and 2013) 

iv. Evidence of VAT registration with remittance, 

v. Details of Company Profile; 

vi. Evidence of experience in at least three (3) jobs of similar nature and complexity executed within the last five (5) years with variable letters of contract award and certificate of job completion; 

vii, Evidence of compliance with ITF Registrations; 

viii. Evidence of financial capability/reference letters from a reputable Bank; 

ix. Evidence of PENCOM Obligation; 

x. Having annual Auditors report for the last 3 years (2011,2012 and 2013). 

Interested companies are expected to pay a non- refundable processing fee of N 30,000.00 for Each LOT they wish to be pie-qualified. 

SUBMISSION

All documents should be submitted not later than six (6) weeks from the date of this advertisement. The project title and LOT 

number should be boldly written at the left-hand top corner of the sealed brown envelop and addressed to:

The document should be submitted not later than Monday, 2nd June, 2014 at 12.00 noon and prospective bidders are invited to attend the opening of the pre-qualification document on Monday, 2nd June, 2014 at 12.05pm in the Board Room of Federal 

Neuro-psychiatric Hospital, Barnawa. Kaduna.

Only contractorlfirms who have satisfied pre-qualification requirement above will be allowed to submit to Federal Neuro-psychiatric Hospital, Barnawa, Kaduna reserves the right to reject any or all submission without any liability whatsoever.
