In its determined efforts to improve healthcare service delivery and provide the needed manpower in the Health sector, Kano state Government under the Leadership of Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has completed arrangements to sponsor yet another batch of state indogenes to pursue first degree program in critical areas of need in our hospitals and other health institutions across the state.

How to apply

Interested and qualified candidates are hereby invited to indicate interest of participation in the program and submit a handwritten application stating areas of interest and chosen of study

REQUIREMENTS

Category (A) 1 and 2

1. Applicants must be holders of National Diploma in Dental Therapy/Technology or Radiography with minimum of upper credit pass or its equivalent in relevant areas. 

2. Applicants should not be more than 30 years of age 

Category (A) 3, 4 & 5

1. Applicants must possess 'O' level certificates with 9 credits including English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics ad Chemistry

2. Applicants must be employees of the State Government and should not be more than 30 years.

Category (B) 1 and 2

1. Applicants must obtain (9) credits as the SSCE conducted by WAEC or NECO at one sitting and should not be more than 23 years of age. 

Closing date 

Interested candidates are to submit their applications together with photocopies of relevant credentials, State/Local Government Indigene Certificates, computer printout of SSCE result and two (2) passport photographs to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government Kano within 2 weeks from the date of his announcement
