The above named college hereby informed the General Public that the sales of Application forms for the under listed programmed shall start from on Monday 2nd May, 2016 to Thursday 30th June, 2016.

i. Pharmacy Health Technician (PHT)

ii. Diploma in Community health (CHEW, CHEW Retraining programme) and Certificate in Junior Comm. Health (JCHEW).

iii. DENTAL Health Technician (DHT) and Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA).

iv. MEDICAL Laboratory Technician (MLT) and Medical Laborator Assistant (MLA).

v. Diploma in Health Information Management Technician (HIM).

vi. Environmental Health (Diploma, ND/HND EHA)

Application forms are obtainable from Central Admin Office along WTC Road, Katsina or the two satellite Schools (Schools of Health Technology Daura & Kankia) after payment of N1,000.00 into the College's Bank Account in any Branch of First bank plc.
