The deadline for application into the public health nursing (PHN) program into the kwara state college of health technology offa has been extended. Prospective applicants are advised to procure their application access (scratch) cards from any bank in Offa or NIPOST, Offa.
The Exam date has been fixed for 8th August 2015 and application now closes by 11:59pm on 6th August 2015.
