1. Log on to the school's website - http://www.sonluth.com
2. Click on admission and the application form
3. Complete the Application form online. Upload your passport photograph, birth certificate and WAEC/NECO credentials. Ensure you supply only valid e-mail addresses and phone contacts.
4. Follow through the simple steps offilling your form on the page then submit.
5. Verify your e-mail address.
6. Click on paymentto proceed to the payment platform choices pay.
7. Select payment mode.
8. Print Acknowledgment slip
9. If paying through bank, proceed to Union Bank or any participating bank to make payment with the printed acknowledgment slip.
10. Obtain a transaction validation/transaction ID No. from the bank.
11. Click back to School of Nursing, Lagos University Teaching Hospital to return to the Home page.
12. Draw a cursor to admission and click on exam slip to print your form.
13. Print complete Application Form and get your candidate number. Ensure you keep this number intact until entrance exams.
14. Submit a copy of the completed application form to the School's admission office.
15. Bring a copy of the form and evidence of payment to the examination venue.
16. Form closes 25th March, 2016
17. Examination date: 2ndApril, 2016
APPLICATION FEE: N6,000.00
