Applications are invited for admission into the SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT for a 2 year programme effective from September 19, 2016 leading to the award of Higher National Diploma.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates intending to pursue the 2-year HND programme must have obtained in addition to 5 credits at O'Level, the National Diploma Certificate (not below Lower Credit) in Health Information Management, together with an evidence of completion of one year (compulsory) Industrial Attachment in a reputable health institution.
However, candidates with ordinary Pass or Merit at the National Diploma should in addition with the O'Level papers, have not less than two years Post-Industrial attachment work experience to qualify for admission.

CONDITIONS FORSELECTION Selection of candidates will be on academic qualifications and successful performance in the written examination and oral interview.

Interested candidates are to apply for the admission form with the sum of N5,OOO.OO (Five thousand naira) only, payable to the Head of Finance, Lagos University Teaching HOSpital. The receipt of payment should be fOlWarded to:

Completed application forms must be returned to the Director of Programme not later than June 27,2016.
Written Test will be conducted on July 15, 2016 in the School Block and Oral Interview comes up on July 29, 2016.
