We bring to Public Notice the direction of the Medical and Dental Practitioners' Disciplinary Tribunal in respect of the above-named doctor.

The charge of professional negligence against the doctor was proved, in consequencem the Tribunal found him culpable and handed down the direction on 4th September, 2014.

SUSPENSION FROM PRACTICE FOR THREE (2) MONTHS

The doctor was practicing at his private facility known as and called, Nouckez Specialist Hospital and Maternity, located at No. 2 Nouckez Road Ungwar Television, Kachia Road 1st Floor opposite Station market, Kaduna South, at the time the direction was handed down

THE NOTICE IS TO INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT FOR THE TIME BEING STIPULATED, THE ABOVE NAMED DOCTOR STAND SUSPENED FROM MEDICAL PRACTICE IN NIGERIA
