CLINICAL DEPARTMENT VACANCIES I. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER II (NHlS) - CONMESS 03
REOUIRED OUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess MBBS Degree plus at least four (4) years post registration cognate experience;
* Candidate must have cognate experience in obstetrics/gynaecology and general surgery;
* Candidate must have relevant competence and ability to handle minor surgical emergencies where applicable;
* Candidate must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN);
* Candidate must possess Current Practicing License.
MEDICAL OFFICER (NIDS) - CONMESS 02
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess MBBS Degree plus at least one (1) year post registration cognate experience;
* Candidate must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN);
* Candidate must possess Current Practicing License.
REGISTRAR IN PSYHIATRY - CONMESS 02
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess MBBS Degree;
* Possession of Primary Fellowship Certificate in Psychiatry of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African College of Physicians;
* Candidate must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN);
* Candidate must possess Current Practicing Licence.
4. PSYCHIATRIC NURSE - CONHESS 07
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN);
* Candidate must possess Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) Certificate;
* Candidate must possess Current Licence to practice from Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
5. STAFF NURSE/MIDWIFE - CONHESS 07
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) Certificates and duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of
Nigeria;
* Candidate must possess Current Licence to practice;
* Candidate must have at least two (2) years post qualification experience in Midwifery.
6. PAEDIATRIC NURSE - CONHESS 07
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN);
* Candidate must possess Registered Paediatric Nurse Certificate;
* Candidate must possess Current Licence to practice from Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria;
* Candidate must have at least two (2) years post qualification experience.
7. THEATRE NURSE - CONHESS 07
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Candidate must possess Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN);
* Candidate must possess Certificate in Theatre Nursing with at least two (2) years working experience as a Theatre Nurse.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
These are similar to those obtainable in the Federal Public Service or Federal Specialist Health Institutions.
