Applications are now invited from interested applicants for the following courses/programs of the institution for 2017/2018 Academic session.
1. COURSES ACCREDITED BY THE NATIONAL BOARD FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION (NBTE)
1. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH - 2 Years 
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.

2. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) DENTAL THERAPY - 2 Years 
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.

3. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT- 2 Years 
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.

2. OTHER COURSES ACCREDITED BY THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATORY BODIES
A. SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
(Accredited by the Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON)) and the West African Health Examination Board (WAHEB)/National Board for Technical Education (NBTE))
1. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH - 2 Years 
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN COURSE - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Four (4) O/L Credits in English Language, Biology/Health Science and any two (2) of the following subjects: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agric Science in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two Sittings.
3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT COURSE - 2 Years
Entry Requirements: (i) O/L Passes in Four (4) subjects including one (1) science subject or Integrated Science and other three (3) Subjects. A Pass in English Language will be an added advantage. 
(ii) Mature Candidates With working experience from a Public Health or Environmental Health Department will be admitted on the recommendation of their employers.
B. SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH 
(Fully Accredited by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria). 
The Only Private College of Health Technology in Nigeria with Full Accreditation in Community Health Programmes.
1. COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS COURSE (CHEW) - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: 
(i) Five (5) O/L Credits level passes at WASSCE/NECO/GCE at not more than two sittings. Compulsory subjects include: English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science with at least one subject in science and another one in art subject.
(ii) By advancement of confirmed academically qualified JCHEW who has been on the grade for a minimum of two (2) years, with a valid practice licence Plus the requirements in No (i) above.
2. JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS COURSE (JCHEW) - 2 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any other two (2) subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics, Commerce, Accounts in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings. However, Credit passes will be an added advantage.
3. HEALTH ASSISTANT COURSE (PRIMARY HEALTH CARE) - 1 Year
(Affiliated with the Ogun State College of Health Technology)
Entry Requirements: (i) Three (3) O/L Passes in English Language, Mathematics and one (1) other subject from Biology, Chemistry, Health Science, Physics, Agricultural Science. (ii) Ward Orderlies and Health Assistants/Attendants with a minimum of two (2) years experience will be considered.
C. SCHOOL OF DENTAL HEALTH 
(Accredited by the Dental Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (DTRBN))
1. DENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN COURSE - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: (i) Four (4) O/L Credits in English Language and any other three (3) subjects from Mathematics, Biology / Health Science, Chemistry or Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings. 
2. DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANT COURSE - 2 Years
Entry Requirements: Three (3) O/L Credits in English Language and any other two (2) subjects from Mathematics, Biology / Health Science, Chemistry or Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings. 
D. SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
(Accredited by the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN))
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: A minimum of three (3) O/L Credits and two (2) Passes in the relevant subjects, at not more than two (2) sittings at the SSCE, WASC or its equivalent. The subjects must include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry, Biology/Health Science and any other subject. 
E. SCHOOL OF DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
(Accredited by the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians' Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN))
DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN DISPENSING OPTICIANRY - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.
F. SCHOOL OF PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
(Accredited by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN))
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN COURSE - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Five (5) O/L Credits passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings.
G. SCHOOL OF MEDICAL IMAGE PROCESSING
(Accredited by Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN))
MEDICAL IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN - 3 Years
Entry Requirements: Three (3) O/L Credits in English Language, Mathematics and one other science subjects from Biology / Health Science or Chemistry or Physics in WASCE, SSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings. 
H. SCHOOL OF HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION
HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION DIPLOMA COURSE - 2 Years
Entry Requirements: (i) Three (3) O/L Credits, one which must be in Biology and Passes in Mathematics and Chemistry at not more than two (2) sittings. (ii) Teacher's Grade II Certificate with Credits in at least Three (3) subjects including Health Education and Merits in Mathematics and General Science.
