In line with World Glaucoma Week coming up on 8th – 14th, March 2015, The Nigerian Optometric Association FCT Chapter in conjunction with Family Of Optometric Mentors will hold a one day workshop. 

 

DATE: MARCH 7TH 2015

VENUE: ASOKORO GENERAL HOSPITAL CONFERENCE HALL

TIME: 9AM: (REGISTRATION STARTS 8AM AND ENDS 8.30AM)

 

WORKSHOP MODULES: 

MODULE 1: 9am – 12pm - Clinical Use of Slitlamp Biomicroscopy:

LUNCH BREAK: 12pm -12.30pm

 

MODULE 2: 12.30pm – 3pm - Interpretation of Visual Field result (Humphrey, Octopus, Octopol, Hensen, etc)

WORKSHOP FEE: 3,000 (Three thousand naira only) 

 

GENERAL INFO: 

ONLY 30 PARTICIPANTS are required for this workshop due to space constraint and desire to ensure participant optometrists are fully trained to mentor others in due course. At least 10 Slitlamp and 3 visual field analysers will be available for these workshops.
