Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Three(3) years General Nursing Programme of the School of Nursing, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi.
Prospective candidates should note:
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Five(5) credits at Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent to include: English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology at not more than two sittings
MEHTHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Make Formal application to the Principal, School of Nursing, NAUTH, Nnewi with certified Passport(Black and white) Photograph(4 copies).
2. Enclose
(a) Photocopy of all credentials
(b) Two Self-addressed and stamped envelopes.
3.Pay the sum of five thousand two hundred naira only N5,200 to NAUTH cash office and obtain a receipt. Attach your photograph to the receipt make a photocopy and return the photocopy of the receipt with the Photograph to the admissios office, School of Nursing, NAUTH, Nnewi.
4. All completed forms should be submitted on or before 8th May, 2016.
DATE OF EXAMINATION: Saturday 14th May, 2016.
TIME: 8am
VENUE: Girls Secondary School, Nnewi, Anambra State.
NOTE: Bring along a pencil. eraser, pen, ruLer and the original receipt issued by NAUTH Accounts glued passport photograph.
