Job Title: Non Communicable Disease Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Management responsibility for all services and activities of the Communicable Diseases programs and clinics throughout the District.
Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, budgets, and priorities for non-Communicable Diseases clinics and programs.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor work load, administrative support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identify opportunities for improvement and review with the Director of Clinics and Nursing Services; implement improvements.
Manage and participate in the development and administration of the non-communicable Diseases program annual budget; forecast funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; may direct the monitoring of and approve expenditures; implement budget adjustments as necessary.
Perform a variety of public relations duties; participation in radio and television interviews regarding non-communicable diseases and District health care services; collaborate with the Public Information Office to prepare press releases.
Conduct a variety of organizational and operational studies/investigations; supervise preparation of required statistical reports; recommend modifications to programs, policies, protocols and procedures as appropriate.
Requirements
Applicant must have B. Pharm. and Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing.
4-5 years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals products.
