This is to inform all doctors/dentists who have completed the mandatory one (1) year internship training programme and are intending to apply for Full Registration that the MDCN Portal Services for the processing of the Certificate has been restored.
Doctors/Dentists are required to upload on their portal pages, the following documents:-
- Cover/Introduction letter from the Internship training Centres.
- Form B, Form E and Form F.
- Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
- Photocopy of MBBS/BDS Certificate
After successfully uploading the documents, doctors/dentists are to immediately proceed to the nearest Zonal Office located in Lagos, Kaduna, Enugu and Ilorin to submit the hard copies of the documents listed in 2(i-iv) to be forwarded to the Head Office.
Doctors/Dentists are to note that no approval shall be granted on any online application that fails to comply fully with this directive.
