A. Preamble:
The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCn) is the Federal Government regulatory agency established through Acts P17 LFN, 2014 to regulate and control Pharmacy Education, Training and Practice in all aspects and ramifications

B. Venue for the NPCE
The Examination Shall hold in the following centres:
1. School of Health Technology, Oji River, Enugu State
2. College of Health Technology, Calabar, Cross River State
3. School of Health Technology, Ughelli, Delta State.
4. College of Health Technology, Ilese, Ijebu, Ogun State
5. College of Health Sciences and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo State.
6. Lagos State College of Health Technology, Harvey Road, Yaba, Lagos State.
7. Shehu Idris College of Health technology,Makarfi, Kaduna State
8. Kwara State College of Helath Technology, Offa, Kwara State
9. N.K.S.T College of Health Technology, Mkar, Gbko, Benue State.
10.College of Health Technology, Zawan, Jos, Plateau State
11.School Health Technology, Tsafe, Zamfara
12. College of Health Technology, Ilesa, Osun State

Applicantion Forms are avaivable at all approved Colleges/School s of Health Technology
D. Eligibility
All Pharmacy Technicians currently undergoing Sandwich Programme at College of Health Technology, Lagos, Ibadan and Ijebu-Ilese
All Pharmacy Technicians graduates from PCN approved Colleges/School of Health Technology who have been trained with the new Pharmacy Training Curriculum, or
All Pharmacy Technician graduates trained with the old curriculum and have undergone the required refresher Programme in any approved College/School of Health Technology.
The applicant must forward
Duly completed and endorsed application form PT IV(Detached from the Training and National Pre-Certification Manual)
Photocopies of statement of result, Testimonial, or Pharmacy Technician Certificate (as applicable).
Evidence of payment of the prescribe fee
Submission of Application Forms
All completed appliction forms with relevant documents must reach the PCN Registry or before August 10, 2018
