INVITATION TO THEMATIC TRAINING

The Envionmental Health Officer Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON), establishd by At 11 of 2002 with a mandate to register Environmental Health Officers and regulate environmental Health practice in Nigeria

2. In line with its mandate as enshrined in the enabling astthe council is organizing the next batch o thematic tranings for registered Environmental Health Officers who have not met the required 75 point for renewal of 2014/2015 license onhealth safety and Environment (HSE) & Litigation and Court Processes in Environmental Health

3. The thematic training is aimed at imparting new knowledge, skills and providing opportunity to acquire special skills needed by Environmental Health Professionals to improve their efficiency and capabilities for better service delivery.

4 The programme is scheduled to hold s follows:

Date: 24th - 25th February, 2014 - health Safety and Environment 27th - 28th February, 2014 - Litigation and Court Processess in Environmet health 

Venue: Disney Hotal, Along Onitsha-Owerri Expressway, Owerri, Imo State.

Cost: N20,000 for each programme to be paid into the Council's account number AHORECON 1013605291 Zenith Bank Plc.

5. Sequel to the foregoing, I hereby request your good Office to bring this notice to all concerned Environmental Health Officers to give opportunity for processing of sponsor ship and renewal of license as prescribed by the enabling law.
