1. The ideal candidates should have a B.Sc Nursing degree, with 3 years managerial experience, and demonstrable leadership skills.
2. Successful post holders are expected to exhibit an in-depth and updated knowledge in the area of specialty nursing, particularly in the fields of emergency medicine, peri-operative nursing, intensive care, post-operative care, orthopaedics, cardiology, or geriatric nursing.
3. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of infection control standards, and hospital qualitystandards for patient safety.
4. Computer skills are required.
5. HMO quality experience will be an added advantage
