QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctor of Optometry (00) Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must be registered with the Optometrist and Dispensing Opticians Board 0 Nigeria and possession of current Annual Licence to practice in Nigeria.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Candidates should forward 10 copies of application and Curriculum Vitae stating: Age, Town/Local Government Area/State of Origin, Marital Status, Institutions Attended/Qualifications, Work experience etc. Photocopies of all relevant documents should also be attached.

b. Thursday 27th November, 2014: Candidates from Edo Central.
