It's time to bid a farewell to the year 2013 and when we look back at our work in the past 12 months, we are proud of where they took us. Of course, the credit goes to you, for being with us.

Its been a year where there were a lot of break downs in the healthcare sector culminating in strikes and an apparent lack of harmony amongst healthcare professionals. As the year ends we hope and pray all these would be overcome and harmony restored.

As we enter the new year, please take a few moments to reflect on the choices that you made in 2013 and celebrate the prospect of fresh beginnings in 2014, also remember those we lost: our colleagues, friends and families who didn't make it to the end of the year. As health care professionals, we are uniquely able to lighten the burdens of those who are struggling during this hopeful and festive time. We must be especially supportive of those whose health or family or financial circumstances may isolate them from the warmth and spirit of the holidays.

Once again, we thank you for your support in 2013 and we promise to work even harder to bring you some great things in 2014.
