Niger Delta University, NDU Postgraduate admission form for 2016/2017 academic is out (Part-time and Full-time). The Postgraduate School of Niger Delta University has announced the sales of application forms for Postgraduate Programmes. The admission will be for the 2016/2017 academic session.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Niger Delta University full time and part-time Postgraduate Programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session in the following areas:

Niger Delta University Postgraduate Courses Available

The following are the registrable courses for the 2016/2017 NDU Postgraduate programme. The courses are listed under the faculties where they are being offered.

FACULTY OF PHARMACY

a. Master of Science (M.Sc) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in:

a. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in:

Niger Delta University Postgraduate Admission Requirements — 2016/2017

1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

The criteria for admission into the PGD programmes will be as follows:

a. All candidates must meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’level.

b. A candidate with at least third class degree in the relevant field from an approved University.

c. HND holders with a minimum of credit level pass from recognised institutions.

2. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)

All candidates must:

a. Meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’level.

b. Possess a Bachelors (Hons) degree from an approved University with a minimum of second class Honours (Lower Division) in the relevant discipline.

c. Possess Masters degree with a CGPA of at least 3.50 on a 5.00 point scale.

3. Duration of Postgraduate Programmes at NDU

a. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programme duration

* NDU Full-time Postgraduate Diploma shall run for a minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.

* NDU Part-time Postgraduate Diploma shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.

b. Masters programmes Shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.

c. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)

* The Duration for the Doctor of Philosophy shall be a minimum of six semesters and a maximum of ten semesters.
