Press Release: University Of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital Issues Disclaimer On Advertisement

The University Of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital has today issued a Press Release/Internal Circular disclaiming the said recruitment advertisement being circulated on social media platforms. The memo dated 24th December 2017 to all Staff and to the General Public reads:

RE — RECRUITMENT OF STAFF INTO THE SERVICES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI TEACHING HOSPITAL

This is to inform all staff and the general public that there is currently NO recruitment or advertisement for recruitment of staff into the services of the UMTH as is currently being circulated in the social media.

2. The UMTH Board of management, which usually grants approval for such recruitment, is currently not in place, so management cannot embark on such an exercise for now.

3. Management however, wishes to inform all that once the Board is reconstituted and approval is granted for the exercise. applicants will he informed accordingly.

4. The management counts on the cooperation of all in this regard.
