Job Description

mPharma is looking for Provider Engagement Associates to join our Nigeria operations. The Provider Engagement team is the face of mPharma to our providers. Providers are the most important stakeholders in Mutti. This role entails leading business development, strategic assessment and onboarding of all our providers. You will work closely with health insurers to identify and develop relationships with the key influencers at their top providers.

This position reports to the Nigeria Provider Engagement Leads.

This position is offered with a competitive salary and stock options in mPharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with key personnel at private and public hospitals to communicate the values of mPharma and our Mutti program.

• Build and maintain relationships with providers and payers across Nigeria through meetings and events.

• Project management and onboarding of hospitals from initial engagements, signing of contracts through to the launch of mPharma services on-site

• Identify business development opportunities with providers that mPharma can take advantage of to provide accessible healthcare to all.

• Work with our product and procurement teams to develop and update our key marketing and communications materials.

• The enthusiasm to work with an early stage start-up, commitment to helping us grow, and passion about health care in Nigeria

• A strong work ethic, should be proactive and can work with minimal supervision

• Fluent English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills

• A very good working knowledge of the healthcare system in Nigeria

• Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders

• Thrives in a matrix environment which requires working with multiple teams internally (this role will liaise with our Customer Services, Technical and Procurement teams)

• Is results driven and self motivated to exceed targets

• Valid drivers license

• Be based in Port Harcourt and Warri or be willing to relocate to those areas, and must be able to travel throughout the country

Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree (MBBS, B.Pharm or similar medical degrees) with a strong GPA (Not less than a 2:1)

• 1-2  years work experience (can include internships)

• Spotless personal background
