A BILL FOR A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE DELTA STATE SCHOOLS OFNURSING AND MIDWIFERY LAW, 2014 

The Delta State House of Assembly is currently considering a Bill for a Law to Establish the Delta State School of Nursery and Midwifery Law 2014 through her committees on Health and Education. 

Pursuant to this, relevant bodies such as: 

(a) Ministry of Health 

(b) Health institutions 

(c) Medical and Health Practitioners 

(d) Principals of Health Institutions 

(e) Heads of Health Centres in the 25 Local Government Areas of Delta State 

(D) Private medical Health Practitioners 

(g) Ministry of Higher Education 

(h) Permanent Secretary, Hospital Management Board 

(i) National.Association of Nurses and Midwives. Delta State Chapter 

(j) Relevant Government Departments and Agencies 

(k) Corporate bodies and 

(I) The General Public is cordially invited to send in memoranda or make oral presentations at the Public Hearing stated as follows:

TIME: 1.00 p.m. 

VENUE: Delta State House of Assembly Press Centre.

All written memoranda marked "A Bill for a Law to Establish the Delta State School of Nursing and Midwifery Law, 2014" are expected to reach the secretariat of the committees on or before Monday, 24th March, 2014 and submitted at the Committee Hearing Room 235 of the Assembly Complex
