SCHOOL OF MIDWIFERY
DURATION: The duration of the course is Eighteen (18) Calendar months commencing September, 2014.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must-
i. possess WASC/GCE/NECO with 5 Credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Applicant must note that combination of NECO and WAEC results is ACCEPTABLE.
ii. be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Applicant awaiting the result of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Examination may also apply but must present registration number from N&MCN at the interview.
TEST AND SELECTION INTERVIEW
Written tests and Oral interview will be conducted at OAUTHC School of Nursing, Ile-Ife as follows:
Written Test: Tuesday 15th July, 2014
Oral Interview: Wednesday & Thursday 16th & 17th July, 2014.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Deputy Director (Nursing Education) OAUTHC, Ile-Ife or Principal, School of Midwifery, Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa at a cost of Five Thousand Naira (5,000.00) only payable by cash and not by Bank Draft to the Schools’ Account (Nursing Education) i.e Mainstreet Bank (OAUTHC), Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife – 6000024593 or Skye Bank Plc, (OAUTHC) Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa 1770751539.
CLOSING
Completed application forms together with photocopies of relevant credentials should be returned to the office where the forms were obtained on or before 5th July, 2014.
