Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following schools / training program in ABU Teaching hospital zaria for 2013/ 2014 academic session

 

Diploma course in Bio- Medical Engineering Technology

 

This is a two year course. Applicants wishing to apply must have senior secondary school certificate SSCE or its equivalent (NTC, WASC, GCE, NECO, NABTEC) with passess at credit level in mathmatics, physics, chemistry, biology and a pass in english at not more than two sittings. In addition, credit or ordinary pass in any of the following subjects will be an advantage. wood work, metal, auto mechanicals, basic electronics, basic electricity and technical drawing.

 

Certificate Course:

this is a one year course. candidates with the followiing qualifications are eligible for admission.

a) candidates who have passed WASC/ SSCE with bia in science subjects with or without credit

b) intermediate secondary schools with trade test grade (11) certificate and evidence of secondary education in the sciences

 

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND INTERVIEW: October/ November 2013. candidates with evidence of guaranteed sponsorsip will be given preference.

 

The course at present is non residential. successful candidates will be required to arrange for their own accomodation
