Admission Into National Diploma 2016/17 Academic Session
SCREENING FOR ADMISSION
ELIGIBILITY Candidates who chose the school as their first or second choice & a minimum score of 180 and above in the 2016 UTME are eligible to appear for the screening exercise starting from 27th June 2016.
Candidates intending to change their course of study to HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM) are equally eligible provided they have effected a change of course with JAMB.
METHOD OF APPLICATION Interested candidates are to apply for admission with the sum of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only payable to UBA, with Account Number 1015871717 as processing fee.
The receipt of payment should be forwarded to the school, Maternity Annex, Moore Road, Calabar.
CLOSING DATE FOR SCREENING: 15TH AUGUST, 2016.

TIME: 9:00AM DAILY
Candidates Should Come With 2016/17 Original UTME Result Slip Showing Candidate's Photograph, Original SSCE/NECO Result, Certificate of Origin/Identification, Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, Three Recent Passport Photograph, One File Jacket.
