SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

National Diploma Course in Health Information Mangement

 

Duration: Two (2) years direct course for those with GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent and one year for those with Technican Certificate in Health Information Management of the Health Record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.

 

Entry Requirements:

1.  Candidates for this programme must have WASC, SSCE or NECO with passes at credit level in five (5) subjects including English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and one subject.

 

2. For JAMB Candidates they must possesthe JAMB cut-off marks.

 

 

Please note that:

i.  Pregnancy is not allowed during training.

ii. Selection of Candidates will be on the basis of academic qualification. A written examination and oral interview coupled with presentation of ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES.

iii. Entrance Examination and interview: (Date will be communicated to candidates)

 

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Duration: Two (2) years

 

Candidates for this programme must have obtained National Diploma in Health Information Management and registered with the health Records officers Registration Board of Nigeria and must have undergone an Industrial Training for one year in a reputable Hospital in addition to the basic entry requirement for the ND.

Entrance Examination and interview (Date will be communication to candidates)

Step 4.   How To Fill a New Form 

          .  Click on 'New Submission' button in front of the application form you want to apply for

          .  Fill in all required information.

          .  And Click 'Submit'.

 

N.B,- Returning, applicant would click 'Previous Submission' to continue and application not previously completed.

 

Step 5.   -How to make Payment 

          .  After submission, you would be redirected to the payment gateway page.

          .  Payment can be made only by transact PIN (purchased earlier in Step 1)

          .  Enter the eTranzact PIN given to you by the bank.

          .  Enter the eTranzact PIN given to you by the bank.

          .  Click 'Submit' to complete the application process
