(3) ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS. 
 
(Ai) COMMUNTY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (CHEW) Groups
Prospective candidates sbould possess five (5) credtts at WASCo NECO, or GeE 'O' Level at not less than two (2) sittings. The five credits must be in the following subject Biology or Health Sciences, English Language, Mathematics and any other relevant Subject; Chemistry, Economics Geography in not more than 2 sitting. 
 
Retrainee CHEW; Prospective candidates must be holders of JCHEW Certificate with at least two (2) years of Post Qualification in addition to (Ai) above.
 
(Aii)JUNIOR COMMUNITV HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (JCHEW) Groups
 
Prospective candidates must obtain four (4) passes in WASC, NECO. SSSC or GCE 'O' level examination at not more than two (2} sittings. The five (5) padses must inc1udeing English Language, Biology or Health Science, Mathematis and any other two (2) relevant subject A Pass in Georgraphy or Chemistry will be an advantage. 
 
(Bi)DISPENSlNG OPTIClANRY COURSE 
 
Candidares shold have optained Four credit pass in WASC, SSCE, NECO  or GCE  'O' Level examination. The Four credit and a pass should be in the following subject, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English language.
 
(Ci) ENVIRONMENTAl, HEALTH OffiCER'S COURSE 
 
Prospective candidates should possess five (5) credits passes in WASC, SSCE, NECO or GCE 'O'level examination at not more than  two (2) sitttings or its equivalent as may be approved by EHORENCON or WAHEB. The Subject must include English Language, Mathemetics, Biology or Health Science or Agriculture Science, Chemistry and Physics.
 
Retrainee into E.H.O; Prospective Candidates must Possess (Ci) above in addition to E.V.T. or E.H.A Cerrtificate form WAHAB>
 
(Cii) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICAN COURSE
 
Prospestive candidates should possess three (3) credit.and two (2) passes in WAEC, NECO and GCE O' Level or Teacher (TC II) Certificate at not more than two sittings. The Three(3) Credits and two (2) Passes must include the following subjects: English Language Biology/Health Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Techical Drawing and any other subjects.
 
Mathematics would be an added advantage.
 
NOTE: For the purpose of this Course Science subject are: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science and Health Science.
 
(Ciii) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANTS COURSE
 
Prospective candidates should possess four (4) passes in WASC, SSCE and GCE 'O' level Of NECO GRADE II or NABTEB Cretificate not more than two sittings. The Four (4) Passess must include a pass in one (1) Science Subject, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Physics, General Science or Integrated Science and English Languages.
 
(D) HEALTH EDUCATION
(Di) Prospective candidates should posses four credit passes in WASC, SSCE and GCE 'O' Level or NECO examinations. The Credit passes should include Mathematics, English Langauge, Biology or Health Sceince and any one(1) of the Following subjects: Chemistry, Economics or Geography at not more than two (2)sittings.
 
(E) HEALTH INFORMATION
(Ei) Prospective candidates must posses five(5) credits in WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O' Level or NECO examination or its equivalent which must include credits in English Language, Biology, Mathematics and any other two(2) relevant subjects at not more than two(2) sittings.
 
(F) NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
(Fi) Prospective candidates should possess Four (4) credits passes in WASCE, SSCE and GCE 'O' level or NECO examination at mpt ,pre than two sittings. The Subject must include; Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science and any other two (2) of the Following: Mathematics, Food and Nutrition, Physics, Economics/Commerce, Health Science, Home Management, English Language, Basic Catering and Food Services.
At least pass in English Language and Mathematics are Compulsory
 
(G) MEDICAL LABORATORY
(Gi) Prospective Candidates must possess Four(4) Credits at not more than (2) sittings in WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O' Level or NECO examination. The Subject must include credits in Biology, Chemistry, English Language and Mathematics.
(Gii) Prospective Candidates should possess three (3) Credits at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O' Level or NECO examinations. These must include credit in Biology, English Language and Mathematics.
(Giii) Retrainne MLA; Prosepctive candidates must possess Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate with two (2) years Post Qualification in addition to Gi above.
 
Candidates for Medical Laboratory Technician/Assistant are to note that SSCE, NECO or its equivalents qualification or more than five (5)years are not eligible for admission.
 
(H) PUBLIC HEALTH
(Hi) Prospective Candidates must possess five(5) Credit passess in WASC, SSCE, NECO 'O' Level or NECO examination at not more than two (2) sittings. The subject must include English Language , any of the science subject and any other three(3) relevant subjects. Candidates should in addition possess the professional qualification or Registered Nurse(R.N.) and should Registered Midwife(R.M.) with at least two (2) years post qualification.
(Hii) Prospective candidates should possess five passess in WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O' Level or NECO examinations at not more than two (2)sittings, The Passess must include English Language, any of the Science Subject and Three(3) passess in relevant subject.
 
(b) Candidates must possess BNSC-Certificate from University acredited by NUC, NMCN AND WAUEB. 
 
(I) PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
(Ii) Prospective candidates should possess WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O' level or NECO certificates with four(4) credits passes which must includes English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology, at not more than two (2) Sittings.
 
(J) IMAGING PROCESSING 
 
(Ji) (a) Prospective Candidates should possess two credits passess in GCE, WAEC, SSCE, NECO which must include Biology or Physics and at least three(3) passess in English Langueage, Mathematics and any other subject.
(b) Two (2)years Post Qualification experience for candidates who possess Certificate in Medical Darkroom Assistant Course.
 
(Jii) (a) Applicant must possess at least Four(4) 'O' level at not more than two (2)sittings to include one(1) science subject and English Language.
(b) Applicant must have evidence of employment in government owned health institution or in private hospitals with radiography centre accredited by the Radiographer Registration Board of Nigeria. The Military Hospital is included in the definition of Government owned Health Institution.
 
(K) PARAMEDICS 
 
Prospective Candidate must possess five (5) credit SSCE, WACE, SSCE or  GCE O'level. NECO examinations at not more than two(2) sitttngs,The subjects must 
include English Langnage, Mathematics. Chemistry,Biology and Physics, . 
 
(4) METHOD OF APPLICATION 
 
Candidates are to:Read the requirements for each course before choosing their course/programme of choice.The College is not liable for candidates' failure to read and know the requirements for each courses before they make their choices.
Ensure that all spaces are correctly filled before the online submission of the form.The College is not liable for candidates' failure to fill correctly all spaces before the on-line submission of form.
Candidates are expected to print out an acknowledgement identification card to be presented on the day of the entrance examination.
 
Candidatus are to obtain pin number from any Zenith Bank branch in Nigeria, with a Non Refundable Fee of N8,200 (Eight Thousand Two Hundred Naira) 'Only the School website http://www.delsotecheportal.com/ to register on-line. 
 
Candidates are to print out their acknoledgement/lidentification card to be premitted on the day uf the entrance examination, 
 
The entranace examination holds on Saturday 7th May, 2016 at the end College of Health Science and Technology Ofuoma premises at 9.OOam prompt.
Note: Combined results must be of same examiniation body.
