Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Schools/Training Programmes in ABU Teaching Hospital Zaria for 2015/2016 academic session.

SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCES

Special Fellowship of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria

This is a Twenty-four (24) months course leading to the award of FMLSCN.

Candidates wishing to apply must have:-

a. Associate (AMLSC) of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria plus a minimum of one (1) year post qualification experience.

b. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

c. Current practicing license of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Step 1. Payment

. Visit any UBA Branch and ask to purchase eTranzact PIN equivalent to the application form fee.

Step 2. . VISIT - HTTP://APPLY.ABUTH.COM

Create Login Account:

. Entre your first name, last name valid email account, password and the visible character.

. Then Submit

N.B- This is only applicable to new users. After the first login, Applicants are not expected to do this again.

Step 3. Logging In:

. Enter the email address and password used in creating your login, account,

. Click on "Login"

Step 4. How To Fill a New Form

. Click on 'New Submission' button in front of the application form you want to apply for

. Fill in all required information.

. And Click 'Submit'.

N.B,- Returning, applicant would click 'Previous Submission' to continue and application not previously completed.

Step 5. -How to make Payment

. After submission, you would be redirected to the payment gateway page.

. Payment can be made only by transact PIN (purchased earlier in Step 1)

. Enter the eTranzact PIN given to you by the bank.

. Click 'Submit' to complete the application process
