Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for admission into the ogun state schools of nursing and midwifery

 

NEW APPLICANT

- You can obtain your admission scratch card from any of the following designated centers.

(1) Ministry of Health, Ogun State. 

(2) School of Nursing Abeokuta. 

(3) School of Nursing Ijebu Ode. 

(4) School of Nursing Ilaro

 

- The cost price of the scratch card is N8,750

- Age limit for application is 17 years and above.

- Study Period: 3 years.

 

You must have 5 credits at not more than two sittings at O`Level in the following subjects: Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or register as an awaiting result applicant.

 

Each applicant is expected to fill the application form with a passport photograph (white background) and generate a print out which must be coloured.

 

Each applicant is expected to bring along printed copy of the printout form together with the Computer Based Testing(CBT) exam slip to the examination venue. Failure to do so will disqualify you to sit for the CBT exam.

 

Prepare yourself for a Computer Based Testing Examination (CBT). You do not need any writing materials.

Total fee payable (first year) : Indigene – 199, 500  Non indigene – 209,500

 

Please note that any applicant that is eventually given admission must pay at least 75% of the total fees payable before he/she is given admission letter
