Entrance Examination for the 18 Month Course
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for entrance examination for admission into the above school of Nursing in MARCH 2014 for Eighteen months (post registration) Nursing program leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN)
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
2. Must possess the following:
WAEC/GCE (O/Level) NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings, subjects should include english, mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics
b) senior secondary school certificate (SSCE) in the relevant subjects at credit levels as in (a) above
c)candidates must also possess registered midwifery certificate (RM) or Registered psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).

Application forms shold state age, state of origin, local government area, schools attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the principal.

Application forms are obtainable fromthe office of the deputy director of nursing education/ principal with a non refundable fee of N5,500 only. this should be made payable through teller payment to , UBTH Training school, First bank of nigeria plc, ugbowo, benin city, account no: 2006619042
A seperate payment of N200 to nursing and midwifery council committee, edo state, account no: 2050003858 or 1112050003858 first bank of nigeria plc, ugbowo.
Candidates are to submit four recent colour passport photographs taken in preeding two weeks while returning the completed application forms
