ADMISSION INTO 18 MONTHS POST BASIC PSYCHIATRIC NURSING PROGRAMME
Applications are hereby invited from suitable qualified Nurses for admission into the 18 months Post Basic Nursing Programme (2017/2018) academic session.
1. ENTRY QULIFICATIONS: i. Candidate must be a qualified Nurse.
ii. Evidence of registration with the Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria (NMCN).
iii. Up to date license to practice Nursing issued by the NMCN.
(a) Possession of five (5) credit at not more than two sittings in 0' levels these must include English Language, Chemistry, Physics, biology and mathematics. A combination of MEC and NECO is accepted.
(b) Any other qualification in Nursing will be an added advantage.
2. METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Application forms can be obtained from the programme Coordinator, School of Post Basic Psychiatric Nursing, Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Kaduna.
3. APPLICATION FEE:
A non refundable fee of N5,000.00 per application form.
4. CLOSING DATE:
Completed forms should be submitted with photocopies of relevant credentials and two (2) passport photograph (colored on white background) to the above address on or before 21' March 2017. Pre-test and interview will be on 22' and 23' March, 2017 respectively.
Please note that successful candidates would be expected to report to school by first week of May, 2017.
