ADMISSION INTO POST BASIC PSYCHIATRIC NURSE TRAINING PROGRAMME COMMENCING APRIL, 2016.
FEDERAL PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL CALABAR
Applications are invited from Nurses seeking admission into the Post Basic Psychiatric Nurse Training Programme for the 2016/2017 academic year.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should be holders of the RN and any other relevant certificate. In addition, candidates must posses the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with Credit in at least five subjects to include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings.
DURATION OF THE COURSE
18 Calendar months commencing from April, 2016 November, 2017.
ACCOMMODATION
Hostel accommodation is not available at the moment.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Eligible candidate can: 1)download the APPLICATION FORM , www.fspmhnursing.com; 2) obtain the form at Federal School of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, Mary Slessor Avenue, Calabar with a non- refundable application fee of N5,000.00 only.

Completed application form accompanied by photocopies of relevant certificates and copy of the bank teller should be returned to the undersigned on or before 13th March, 2015
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for submission of completed application form to the school is March 4th 2016; late entry will not be entertained.
