SCREENING EXERCISE FOR UTME/DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES FOR 2013/2014 ADMISSION

All candidates who made Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) their first or second choice in the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME) and scored 180 and above , are invited to  ESUT screening exercise at the ESUT permanent campus, Agbani on the days and time indicated below beginning from 9.00am each day.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

Eligible candidates are to access and complete the screening forms and other information about the screening online at www.esutportal.net by obtaining scratch cards from any of the following banks in Enugu on payment of N2000 processing fee.

·         Zenith Bank Plc             ESUT campus & Trans Ekulu, Enugu

·         First Bank Plc                (Main) Okpara Avenue , Enugu

·         Skye Bank Plc                Ogui Road & Enugu North Council

·         Fidelity Bank Plc           Okpara Avenue, Enugu & ESUT Branch Agbani.

·         UBA Plc                         Enugu (All Branches)

The online registration starts on Monday July 14, 2014 and ends on Wednesday 30, 2014.The website closes on August 1, 2014 at 12 midnight.

. Candidates awaiting the results of NABTEB, WAEC (May/June) and NECO (June/July) 2013 are eligible to apply. Note however that results of any of the examinations taken after July 2013 shall not be accepted. Also, inconsistency in name is not acceptable to the university and may lead to disqualification. Candidates’ names on their O'level certificates and UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

All candidates will be examined on English Language and Mathematics only.

Candidates must present photocopies of the under-listed screening documents to be admitted into the screening hall :

1.      POST UTME Screening Forms

2.      JAMB Result Slip.

Completed screening forms must be returned online with the scanned copies of each of the following documents :

1.      UTME Result Slip

2.      Entry Qualification Certificate(s)

3.      Current Passport Size Photograph

ATTESTATION

Candidates must certify that the information given by him/her in each of the sections of the screening form is to the best of his / her knowledge is accurate. Should any be found to be false, he / she shall consider self disqualified.

DIRECT ENTRY

All direct entry candidates who made ESUT their first or second choice are also to sit for the screening test. They are required to access the screening forms and other information about the screening online as stated above and request their institutions to forward to ESUT Registrar, transcripts of their results.

WARNING

The general public is advised to be mindful of fake website by Dupes and to note that www.esutportal.net is the only official website of ESUT for this admission exercise.

Please note that any candidate who fails to appear for the screening automatically forfeits his/her chance of being considered for admission. Mobile Phones, Walkman, IPod, IPad and other similar gadgets are not allowed into the screening hall.
