Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting

Dear Member,

You are invited to the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) organized by the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN) as the Society continues its efforts towards improving healthcare quality, standards and outcomes in Nigeria. The AGM will be held at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Plot 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos on Wednesday, 12th October, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1. To approve the minutes of the 5th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 14th October, 2015.

2. To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2015 and the Reports of the Trustees and the Auditors thereon.

3. To authorize the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.

4. Any Other Business.

5. To set the date for the next AGM.
