This Society of Emergency Medicine Practitioners of Nigeria (SEMPON) will be having her 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) Scientific Conference scheduled from the 6th to 8th September 2017 at Sheraton Hotel Abuja.

Theme: Emergency Medicine and Patient Safety.

Sub-Theme: How safe are our Emergency Departments?

The objective of the Conference is to critically evaluate Emergency Medicine and Patient Safety in our emergency departments.

Among the Key Note speakers include the President of the African Federation of Emergency Medicine (AFEM), and the Director of Disaster Management (Harvard Hospital).

There will be 'hospital response in disaster' simulation and workshop on the latest Emergency department procedure, protocol and technologies.
