WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
To create a platform for scientists and policy makers to share best practices and lessons with regaed to epidemic preparedness and outbreak response to Viral Hemorrahgic Fever.
To review current efforts in the control of outbreaks of Lassa fever and other Viral Hemorrahgic Fever, and impove the capacity for response to outbreak of HIDs in the sub-region
To foster North-South and Sub-Regional coorperation in the control of Lassa Fever and other Viral Hemorrahgic fever.
To introduce, commission and deploy the Mobile PCR Laboratory as a tool for improved outbreak response in the sub-region
