The NICN Judgements; The beginning Of Better Things To Come - Tam Adetunji Adeyeye NPRO AMLS

Posted on: Mon 20-02-2017

Dear Colleagues,

The victories we had today 17-02-17 at the National Industrial Court, Abuja did not come to us as a surprise! This is is because of our absolute believe that God is always on the side of the oppressed. In fact, it was expected yesterday 16-02-17 but God wanted it to be historical and unique thus ma king it to be pronounced on 17-02-17. Note that 17-02-17 is uniquely positioned! Remember also that the first judgement in favour of AMLSN JUTH Chapter was in February about three years ago. Today's victories are also in February. To God be the glory!!

Dear Colleagues, it has now been proven that our profession is firmly rooted by the enabling law and statutes. We should all continue to be firmly committed to our professional autonomy and authority. No matter what, God is always with us and shall continue to be for us.

Let us continue to thank God Almighty for all His favours and blessings. We shall continue to overcome the oppressors.

Let us use this opportunity to appreciate the determination of our members who championed this course and who have suffered one form of denial or the other for the good of all. We appreciate those who provided support financially and otherwise. You are all heroes and heroins today because you rose against all forms of illegality in the land.

For us as NEOs, we shall continue to do follow-ups and supports on the cases and be in close touch with the chapters involved as usual. It is indeed, multiple victories for all. May God continue to reward us all and give us long live to eat the fruits of our labours. Amen!

CONGRATULATIONS TO US ALL.
